1. CUSTOMICREW-This store is located on our website under “Shop” use the drop down bar to click onto “DX Dress Code & Apparel” and have fun shopping.
Delivery is within 10 business days and is always delivered to the studio. We will post when all items are in for pick up.
Clothing fits smaller then store sizes. We would highly recommend ordering at least 1 size up for growth and better fit.

2. LIMELIGHT-This store has a link that is ONLY offered on our exclusive facebook page, a few times a year. The items are unique and fun.
When ordering from this company, your order will not start the customized process, untill the store closing date has been finalized. Example: Sept 1st Opening date and Closing date Sept 10th (this info will be posted on the page with the link). Your order will start to be processed on Sept 11th and will take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Your items will be shipped to the studio and a post on our exclusive page will notify you that your items are in.

BALLET
We at Dance Xtreme Studio Inc. believe in the proper developement of a dancers foot. All dancers ages 10yrs & under will start in a full sole ballet slipper listed below (*Bloch Girls Belle No Draw String Leather Ballet Shoe). This will allow the dancer to work through a full sole slipper building strength and proper developement for the arch. Once we have seen the dancer has developed the proper structure and stability for the foot, we will have them graduate up to the split sole ballet slipper also listed below (Capezio Hanami Canvas Ballet). Of course we will assess each dancer before the purchase of the Hanami up grade.

RULES AND REGULATIONS TO HELP OUR CLASSES RUN SMOOTHLY AND TO KEEP OUR BUILDING TIDY!
*Only water inside dance studios.
*No jewelry or Apple Watches to be worn while dancing (only stud earrings or keepers are acceptable).
*No cell phones allowed in dance studios
*Study room: Opened for dancers ONLY. Bench cubies available for dancers personal belongs, microwave and fridge.
*Back foyer cubies are provided for dancers to put their personal belongs into. Do not bring any valuable items to the studio, as Dance Xtreme Studio Inc. will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
*No gum chewing in dance studios.
*If students are not properly dressed, they will be asked to sit out and watch the class. YOU MUST HAVE STUDIO DRESS CODE AND PROPER FOOT WEAR, (ACCORDING TO STUDIO DRESS CODE) BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH 2026. If your dancer has had to sit out from class more than twice due to this rule, private lesson card will have to be purchased to catch up on lessons missed. Private card provides 4 lessons @30 mins each. Card does not expire. Cost $154 +HST. Card can not be transfered to other dancers and can be utilized however.
*If your child(s) dance account is not paid up to date (account must stay in good standing order), dancer will not be permitted into any classes until payment has been made and account is up todate. All dance accounts must be keep in good standing order at all times. Please do not allow this to happen to your child.
*Waiting room/foyer available for parent/guardian viewing.
*Parents are not permitted in the classroom with their children or while dancers are dancing. This is a distraction for the other participants in the class and will not help your child gain independence and or confidence.
*No videotaping or taking pictures of dancers while in class. Please respect this rule and don’t video tape or snap pictures through the viewing window.
*NO TRICKS ALLOWED IN FOYER
*Parking:
Large parking lot available in front and around building. Only door available for entrance is side door.
*Missed classes by the student will NOT be refunded or made up.
*It is your responsiblity to reach out to us to get you connected to our exclusive facebook page. This is a page that was created for memebers only to keep in touch with all studio events and updates. Facebook exclusive accounts-unfortunately require a sent friend request to admin (Shannon Macqueen) and then permission is granted to be a member on the exclusice page and invite will be sent to you for acceptance.

*If classes are cancelled due to weather or other unavoidable reasons, there is NO makeup class offered and NO refunds.

Studio Policies
*NO TRICKS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF STUDIOS, WHERE STAFF CAN NOT SUPERVISE THE SAFTEY OF THE TRICK. THIS MEANS NO TRICKS ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING EXCEPT WHEN BEING TAUGHT IN THE STUDIO BY AN INSTRUCTOR.
STUDIO DRESS CODE
Why Dance Xtreme Follows a Dress Code:
All aspects of the dress code have been chosen with the safety of the dancer in mind. The dress code selected for each genre will allow for the teacher to examine and correct technique and form without the distraction of excess accessories or additional fabric. All outfits are age and activity appropriate. Studio rules regarding hair style are also placed in the dress code to ensure that all dancers have a full range of sight while dancing. Another element that came into play while opting to include a dress code within the studio is teaching young dancers, discipline, self-respect and the respect of sport.
PRICES & REFUND POLICY
* All prices are located on our “Registration” page online www.dancextremestudio.com scroll down to the bottom of the page and select your dancer’s age group. Each class will give you a description of that genre, price, day/time and payment options.

PAYMENT METHOD
*Registration is ONLY available through our website. For the convenience for our clients, you can now register right from the comfort of your own home. Our system will allow you to, view your account/invoices and dance schedules. REMEMBER OUR RECREATIONAL CLASS FEES, INCLUDE YOUR DANCERS YEAR END SHOWCASE COSTUME. When registering you will be prompted to select your choice of e-check or credit card for payment options.
*Please note, all late payments will incur a 10% interest each month without exception. Competitive dancers please resort back to your contract on late payments.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
*Be sure to label your belongings, as DX will not held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Cubbies are provided in foyers and change rooms for dancers use. Please keep your articles tidy and do not forget to take them home, when your classes are over. We recommend not bringing money or valuables to the studio.*Items will be placed in the lost and found bin at the end of each night. The lost and found items will be taken to Goodwill once the season is finished, so please remember to check periodically for lost items.
MISSED CLASSES
*There will be NO refund for missed classes by a dancer or made up classes.
*If an instructor needs to cancel classes, a supply teacher will be provided. If we are not able to get a supply instructor, then classes will be made up at some point in the season. Fees will not be refunded.
CLASS CANCELATION
*The studio reserves the right to combine or cancel a class in the event of low attendance.
*The studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather.
*If classes are cancelled due to weather or other unavoidable reasons, there is NO makeup class offered and NO refunds.
*Every effort will be made by DX to inform families of any cancelations, however it is your responsibility to follow our Dance Xtreme Facebook page both exclusive and our open page for updates on cancelations etc…, as well as checking your email throughout the day. Weather patterns can change rapidly. DECLINED FEES
COSTUME POLICY
Each student has the option to participate in our year end showcase. 1 costume per class included in dance fees. If your dancer chooses not to participate, it is your responsibility to inform us by no later than February 1, 2026. Declined participation will result in a $20 credit applied to your dancers account. This credit can only be applied to the following: Year end showcase tickets, DX apparel, summer lessons or summer camps of that season ( if being offered). Credits must be used before next new season starts. We will not transfer any credits to other dancers or following season. The costume and song will be selected by your dancers instructor.
*Parents are required to purchase tickets for the year end show, which are additional fees.
*Once costumes have been ordered, costumes cannot be cancelled or returned. Costumes are not custom made, they are sized to fit the average person of that size. For young children still growing we recommend submitting child’s size 1″-2″ more for “growing room”. Remember the bigger the better, as you will have material to work with for alterations, if the costume is too small alterations could be a problem. You know your child best, we do not.
*Many costumes arrive with some alterations or attachments required. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure these alterations or attachments are completed prior to any event the studio will be holding in the season.
*If a costume is ordered incorrectly it is the sole responsibility of you, the parent or guardian to pay for the full cost of replacing the costume in the correct size.
*Any accessories that are required to complete the look of the costume for the showcase will be determined by the artistic director and will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian to purchase any new tights, shoes, earrings etc. Our studio dress code tight and shoes are used for the year end showcase, so please take care of your items throughout the season. We can not allow brands from walmart, etc.. to be used or dirty wear.

CLASS PLACEMENT
Recreational classes are available to help each student, regardless of age, ethnicity, sex, gender, physical or cognitive abilities to reach their fullest potential by enhancing their interest, talents and enthusiasm across all dance disciplines. Our pedagogical approach emphasizes dance and physical literacy as aspects of holistic human development. Know matter how old you are, it’s never too late to start dance. All students are placed in a class that suits both their age and skill set(ability). Students are assessed regularly to make certain they are placed in classes that are best suited for them.
FUN & SUPPORTIVE DANCE STUDIO
We understand that students dance for different reasons, and we make every effort to accommodate every one of our dancers individually. A student dancing for pure enjoyment, 30 mins a week deserves as much dedication, and technical training from our instructors as the more career-oriented dancer. Everyone has their own personal goals as a dancer; we are dedicated to helping you reach yours. We believe that nothing is an obstacle in life, unless you allow it to be.
